We are the Matthews Family, first-generation ranchers operating a family-owned cattle ranch in Central Florida. Our dedication to sustainable ranching ensures we raise high-quality cattle with care and respect for the land. From our family to yours, we take pride in providing premium beef that reflects our commitment to tradition and the well-being of our animals.

Our Cattle

Grass fed -

Grain finished

Cows primarily graze on grass, which makes all cows grass-fed. However, our pasture-raised steers are also given the option of a high-quality, locally sourced grain feed to supplement their diet.

Immunizations

For the safety and well-being of our herd, our calves receive basic immunizations at 3 and 6 months of age. By the time our steers are processed, typically around 2 years old, any traces of these immunizations have fully left their systems.
